Q1 – Deliver operational workflow redesign for at least 2 core departments; build audience-specific messaging frameworks (2–3 segments).
Q2 – Design and activate initial B2B/partnership outreach system; implement automated KPI dashboard with weekly insights.
Q3 – Launch partnership pilot or channel expansion initiative; achieve first measurable revenue or efficiency win from new systems.
Q4 – Package all processes into an “Operations Playbook”; create 24-month growth forecast with clear milestones and resource needs.
