Our Story
Optivida Consulting was founded after spending decades as a growth enablement executive working across marketing, communications, operations, and business expansion for a national care delivery organization. Over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again: businesses needed strategic clarity, stronger systems, and better growth tools—but hiring one or two full-time employees wasn’t enough, and often far too costly.
I created Optivida to solve that problem.
Instead of hiring a small team with limited capabilities, businesses can access a full suite of strategic expertise, proven frameworks, and high-level advisory support for a fraction of the cost. My mission is simple:
